Now more than ever it is important that we have a large green area available to us to exercise in & to exercise in peace. We don’t need more traffic the Castle & Village is busy as it is without promoting other activities.

The Malahide Castle Park is beautiful as it is. We dont need the area to be developed to accommodate an advanture centre. This is unsusastainable and I am against it.

This unnecessary destruction of trees needs to be stopped. Ireland has only 1% native tree cover, the lowest in Europe. Correspondingly it has the 4th highest asthma rates in the world, one of the highest carbon levels per capita in the EU, the worst track record in the EU for tackling carbon level and one of the fastest declining rates of birds and insects all of which depend on trees for survival. Cutting down trees like this is insane. It accelerates the ecocide of a country already in serious environmental decline. Disgraceful. A beautiful field and woods. I grew up knacker drinking In those woods. Where will the future generations knacker drink. Think of the kids for gods sake!!!

I am unaware of any update on this, if you have detail please kindly circulate. I see trees have very recently been cut in the 'Casino' side car park. These cutting correlate with the original plans for the forest adventure park but I cannot find anything online. Thanks.

I thought this idea was proven unsuitable, unviable and of interest to only a few individuals who wanted to make money from it. I am sorely disappointed that my public representatives are resurrecting it. Please do not proceed with it, we do not have the weather, the population or the interest in such a development.

Don't destroy our forest - I run there all the time, walk my dogs there. It a fantastic facility for locals. Don't close half it to the pubic- it's not the reason the Talbot family gave it to the council and not what they would have wanted
