The proposed development looks really lovely -- very nice homes. BUT you can't sacrifice an existing amenity that is treasured by so many people!

My 4 year-old twins and family have been frequenting this park for over 3 years. I have serious concerns over the proposed move to the hard corner of Wyatt & Madison. It is a completely different experience to let my children run around and enjoy the nature & trees, as compared to what I imagine will be a playground with a perimeter fence at the proposed location. We enjoy not having to be heavily exposed to the sounds & fumes of a busy traffic intersection. It would be a true shame to let this gem of a space slip away in favor of more developer fees for the city’s coffers.

This is such a lovely, quiet park in the middle of Winslow. Perfect for parents to bring their small children or their sensitive children that need it a bit quieter. Please save this partk!

I'm hopeful that a solution can be created that benefits all parties. But that solution must, first and foremost, preserve the park in it's existing location and in it's existing or better condition. I urge BIPRD especially to make the interests of current and potential park users paramount.
