Save Lowther Used Furniture

A lovely shop. Brampton needs all the businesses it has without any more closing. I have never seen any problems with parking.

An amazing shop that has taken us to Brampton many times, a town we would not have visited or shopped in had it not been for lowther furniture shop!

Retail is hard enough for those working hard in this sector. Lowther furniture brings our custom into Brampton from other areas. We travel in, come to Brampton for Lowther and then come to the shops for a day out. Without Lowther in their current premises I doubt we'd shop in Brampton at all.

I have purchased several items since Lowther Used Furniture moved to their present location and cannot see why their neighbours are objecting to them being where they are. Winged Hearts sell to the public as well as producing their own products, therefore, I cannot see a conflict of interests. Yes, parking is limited, but this applies to both businesses and a bit of give and take would not go amiss. Surely bringing more people into Brampton can only benefit all businesses. You can walk from Brampton to Lowther Used Furniture in less than 5 minutes which could not be more convenient for shoppers. I support the petition and want Lowther Used Furniture to continue operating in their current premises.

Helpful people in the furniture store and no issues with parking whatsoever. There are plenty of places to park locally.

Brilliant shop, very helpful staff and good quality furniture. Needs to stay open as a shop.

I have used Craw Hall often for many decades. The post office. Mr Forster fixes my lawn mower. There is ALWAYS ample parking. If it ain't Baroque, don't fix it!

In a world where internet shopping is taking over it’s a joy to be able to shop locally from people that are always extremely friendly and helpful.

I have never seen a problem with double parking , heard any noise or problems walking past on the pavement. Keep this family business open.

I can't see any problem.

Shops mean people and Brampton could do with many more. It's like a nosey neighbour peering through the curtains and calling the cops because you have a visitor. Winged F**ts.

How can it be a business if its warehousing only? Do they expect you to sell everything online? They are just annoyed because they get very few customers. Local business should work together not against successful ones. Winged Heart should be grateful they have a great business next door which may bring people to their own business.

Any business that brings visitors to our town should be widely encouraged

There is no issue with parking. I have never seen anyone going in or coming out of the Winged Heart.

Too many places are being forced into warehouse only. I want to physically see the item before purchasing. Is this so wrong? Grrrrrrr!
