I can't believe the church wants to sell these buildings out from under the community and tax payers who built them. I can't understand how it's possible anyone can do this to begin with? To me it's certainly not moral to kick people out of good jobs and definitely disrupt and possibly even displace the kids and families that are the churchs best chance of a future in the village. I think there are better options surely?

It’s a damn disgracethat I have to get envolved in signing a Petition for our children’s rights to have a close proximity school .

We are dealing with a dictatorship. These are not the leaders of the religion that I believe in.

Longwood hall and primary school is part of our history and it was our parents who worked hard to upgrade it when it was needed. Now it is used for preschool children and the hall is used for other things like scouts. Badminton. And other group's. If it's sold Longwood will loose its history along with it spirit and soul. We must save it.

This centre is an integral part of the community in longwood. The community would be lost without it

It's unacceptable to think that the church can just take vital amenities from the community without any consultation.

A wonderful preschool where the children are cared for and are at the focus of all the activities planned. Staff who have put so much into their work are now left without jobs and forced to seek work elsewhere. Employment opportunities are limited enough in the village as it is. Such a shame that these things were not considered before it has come to this. Devastated that my youngest daughter may not be given the opportunity to attend Rainbow Lane as her sister gained so much from her 2 years there.
