Property devaluation-Home value diminution
Increased flooding, Crime, Noise and other Nuisances. Increased traffic and safety concerns for children playing. Neuhaus and Lathrop Drives are narrow and barley enough room to pass. Building these apartments at the end of Log Cabin Park is illogical. Putting residents at risk and will ultimately cause more harm than good. Please consider other options available elsewhere to build this complex. We wish not to see our neighborhood community destroyed.

My concern is apartments in a residential area, not a good mix.

Please don't take away from the area even more!! There are many established homes in this area. This complex would lower housing values, increase people and traffic in the area, while taking away from the short jaunt on state where all you see are trees and beauty.

I have concerns about building these units in this area of single family homes. The proposed development will increase traffic and lower property values. The risk of crime and safety issues increases for current residents. There is a potential for issues with flooding and the development will disrupt the natural setting and wildlife. Please consider a more suitable location for this project.

The reason we chose the home we did in this area, is the quiet area, a dead end street. We can walk down the street, play with our grandkids without the worry of heavy traffic, no crime, or worry. It’s an area we can retire and enjoy life. This will for sure will negatively affect our daily life, as well as everyone who lives in this area. This apartment complex will do more harm to this area than good. Other land should be looked at to build this complex. I do not want to see this community destroyed.

Keep those multi-family dwellings out of our neighborhoods! We want our property values to go up, not down!
48 apartments will add intolerable noise pollution, light pollution, levels of traffic not designed for residential streets, non-owner/rented properties which are proven historically to reduce area property values, a stagnant retention pond which presents a drowning hazard for young children, .. other ideas?

There have been concerns on a member of the team in the past regarding previous development
Flooding issues on West State. DNR is looking into that development.
This development will not fit in with the dynamic of the neighborhood that is all single-family homes.
Public safety: will emergency vehicles be able to get through at certain times of the day due to increased traffic? There is high traffic on West State Boulevard when Dana is let out and other late afternoon traffic.
The heights of the new buildings and the view.
Increase in the number of people in the area in addition to the traffic.
Comericial parking lots in residential neighborhod.

I always loved riding my bike up and down these streets because it’s quite and safe. County in the city atmosphere! The road is very narrow and chip in seal. The extra traffic is going to make this a very dangerous ride.

Relocate this. It's wrong to build so close

There are a lot of concerns about this rezoning for a multi family apartment complex. Increased theft, noise, traffic. Loss of woods, wildlife, safety for the kids. Just to mention a few.

No apartments in a single home area build more single homes instead
