Bring the legal level down so when you have had a drink you know that you are now over the limit. Use Lyft, Uber or a cab.

It should be obvious, in a developed country like the USA, that it would be forbidden to drive under influence. Michel and Marcus, I admire you for trying to make this change. A lot of lives can be saved
