Time to stop enabling drunk driving.
It's socially unacceptable in most of Europe. Learn from us for once.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have a son that will turn 1 in a few weeks. I go running with him a few times a week and always feel like I am cautious about cars on the road, but this has made me extra cautious. I usually stick to trails now and rarely run on the street. Right before Halloween a man, father, husband was killed as he crossed the street I run on less than 1/2 mi from my house. Prayers to you and your family. You all are always in my thoughts.

As a father and a CHP Officer, I am glad to see strides being made to lower the limit. These tragedies must end and stronger penalties must be made.

When I first heard the story of the tragic passing of Liam it made me terribly sad. Then after seeing more videos and photos that really showed his bubbly personality and how much everyone loved him, I was devastated. He had so much life in him and he was such a light in so many lives.
This tragedy really changed me in ways I cannot explain. I, like many others, have driven under the influence at one point or another. I know that when I did, I felt as though I knew myself well enough to know that I was completely capable of driving without harming myself or anyone else, but that's not always the case. Liam's story is a tragic example of what can happen when you drink and drive.
To the parents, Mishel and Marcus, you both are an inspiration for continuing to live life the best you can while creating awarness and trying to make change.
So in Liam's memory I pledge to not drink and drive.
I challenge my friends and family to sign this petition and pledge to not drink and drive.
