I was a witness to Mr. Kowal’s awareness to drunk driving talk and though I haven’t been directly affected by this mournful tragedy, I give all my sincere sorrows to the Kowal family and many others who have been affected by it.

I was hit by a drunk driver and survived with minimal injury but not everyone is so lucky iv had friends kill themselves because a family member was hit by someone who had been drinking the pain of their loss drove them to that it's a never ending cycle
