Barriers would stop traffic being allowed to cross onto opposite side of road, lots of people say they are confused by where they can overtake

Some of the driving on this stretch of road is so dangerous. It should have been a dual carriageway. Anything will do for Cornwall!!

I feel very unsafe driving along this road and feel a central barrier would prevent head on accidents and u turns.

I'd agree with this. I become nervous on this road already where cars overtake in hast unnessessirly even when the speed limit is being achieved. Thank you for putting this petition forward. So sorry to hear your story and wishing your grandparents the best. X

I myself have witnessed an accident on the Hayle bypass (closer to the Lelant roundabout end) a near head on collission, which could of been avoided had there of been a central reservation. This road is dangerous in it's current state.

Do something about the top of the Big Dipper further down the A30 too!! Multiple deaths last summer due to people's complete selfishness and idiocy, likely to happen again!!!!!!!!!

Very dangerous road due to idiots overtaking, U turning and not driving with care .... Have seen many near misses.

Live near the bypass in hayle. Really badly affects the traffic flow through the area. Needs to happen and fast because it wouldn't surprise me if it happens again this year. Especially with all the traffic backing up round the roundabout at st erth
