Linda's is a staple in the Lexington Park Community. I have had many a breakfast there. Not all progress is good.

Another fast food gas station is not needed. I agree some of the neighbors to Linda’s cafe need to be refreshed.

Linda's has been part of my life ever since i was a child. They're also locally owned and loved by many. To tear down such a special place for yet another place we do not need is not only horrible, but idiotic. It's a bad spot for a place like royal farms.

Linda's Cafe is a staples of Saint Mary's County history. Why not put the gas station where the old Burch mart/ watermelon station was

We don’t need any more gas stations not n this location at least. There is already a new one being built. Plus Linda’s brings so much joy to the community, far more than any gas station can. It’s a place to come together and a place that shares amazing food and joy.

I am completely blown away that the County Commissioners feel that we need another gas station/ mini mart? What we need are things for our kids to do; roller rink, bowling alley… If you want to bring in revenue, how about a Dave and Buster’s, Chuck E. Cheese…. But what needs to STAY is Linda’s. Linda’s is a local icon, a St. Mary’s piece of history!!! And let’s talk about the traffic!!! That light is already a COMPLETE CLUSTER F***** and you really think adding a Royal Farms is going to benefit that area? Complete jack hats, totally in this for the money, not for the peace of the community!!!

There are other, much more suitable locations for a Royal Farms on the 235 Northbound lanes - there are no easily accessible gas stations going north of Chancellors Run Road until Birdies in Hollywood. Leave landmarks and small businesses alone for the sake of our community and the members Linda’s and CCVI serve!!

Linda’s is a staple in the community, and even during COVID, they hit the road in a food truck to being their delicious menu to the community! It would be a shame to see them displaced by a chain/convenience store/gas station with no connection to the community.

Community culture is important; keeps people together and alive. I've enjoyed Linda's Cafe many a time when I visit. Wouldn't want to see it gone.

What we don’t need is another gas station/convenience store complex with a lousy traffic pattern.

Linda’s Café is one of the better landmarks in the county. It does a huge business and it’s very family oriented. Please leave it alone.

Get rid of this place and the rest of it looks like hell over there
