Leave this man alone. He's just one man with a small unassuming business, getting on with things and not causing any problems. He would not be in competition with a bigger money making business. He is obviously well liked and a nice man. Stop being petty mindedand leave Bill be!

Let the man stay.
If you think these kids will use the other bike shop...Wrong
This man has given to the community and been good to these kids when parents or relatives weren't around due to them being away to college.
Don't tear up a community that has a strong bond.

Such a sad situation for all. It seems to me that both shops can operate and make money. Why does it always have to be about greed?

Come on USC, Lil Bill is providing a needed service to your students for a reasonable price. By agreeing not to compete with the new bike shop, you are doing a disservice to both your students and Lil Bill (and his family). What are you getting from the exclusive deal with the new bike shop that outweighs the harm caused by evicting Bill? I hope that you will reconsider.
Save Lil Bill's Bike Shack!
