USC village pushing out family owned businesses is absolutely disgusting. The university's arms are long enough and the thinly veiled efforts to gentrify and white wash the harm the community at large.

When I was a freshman, the easiest way to get from Parkside to the rest of campus was via a bicycle. My bike broke down on so many different occasions -- I wouldn't have been able to afford the cost of going to an actual shop to fix it so often. Lil' Bill helped me at least once every few weeks. It'd be a shame to see such an integral part of our community removed ... so save #LilBill

My dad used to go to this bike shop. So much has changed in and around Los Angeles. Inevitable, I know, but can we please keep Lil Bill on campus.

USC needs to support current, loyal vendors and businesses instead of prioritizing new ones.

It's sad to see such a great person having to be evicted from the campus after all those years of dedication to the school. Giving him my full support!

This is another instance of USC's incomprehensible corporate greed. I'm ashamed I ever put my dollars into an institution that pushes out good, hardworking families and replaces them with this in n out Starbucks evilness. Please save lil bill he's all we have left of small, family owned businesses in south central.

This is terrible! I don't even live in LA, but I'm from there. Reminds me of when Starbucks put my favorite coffee shop out of business. No good press will come of this.
