This school has done enough gentrification and uprooting of the community for the sake of making money. Let the bike shop stay for crying out loud!

THIS BIKE SHOP IS SO IMPORTANT TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY! I have personally used the shop at least 20 times in cases of emergency. Also, the opening of a bike shop in University Village is not only a threat to Lil Bill's business, but the business of local, family-owned bike shops within the immediate USC area.

Rediculous that you would even consider having the bike shack leave so that SC can replace it with another institution that will rip its students off with pricing.

As an alumnus of this school this is shameful. Bring in whatever companies you want but non-compete agreements like this have no place crowding out organically popular businesses like Lil Bills

One things that sets USC apart from any other univeristy or organization is that the faculty and students all have unique stories and gifts. This guy would work on my bike for barely any cost, in return he appreciate just the thank you's from students he would assist.
Regardless if USC puts a bike shop there and let's this guy keep his bike shop repair store, they are taking away business from him.
The bike shop should buy him out or what would be the good thing to do is to hire him on as a manger. Everyone likes a face they recognize and trust

He supports the Trojans, he helps the Trojans, he works for the Trojans, most importantly he is a well wisher of the Trojans. Let's not be so rough with him. Let's exhibit the Trojan Care, and support him.

He's a kind, hard-working man; the fact that he is getting ousted for USC's exclusivity contracts is another indication that the current administration is driven by corporate profiteering over strong local businesses.

I didn't even own a bike and I knew Bill. We greeted one another every day on my way through campus. While this may not seem like a necessity to keep him at his current location, the tradition is something that USC should honor. The tradition of his friendly smile, of his service to students and community members, and of his social gap between the student body and the community that he has helped exist even after I saw a wall be built around campus.
