Let the man keep his shop! Students love this shop and it's not necessary to open a new shop when he's been there for 40 years and is doing well. Let him be a part of The Village.

I hope donations to USC drop because of this type of disregard to long standing community members.

USC should care more about its community than making a few extra bucks. Why even have an agreement with a competing bike shop in the village knowing there are plenty of local bike repair stores including Lil Bill's? I know the new Village is part of an effort to make the campus more appleaing and attract more students and fundraising but I seems no regard has been given to the fact that this is a hard working man's livelihood and way of supporting his family.

Lil Bills is more than just a bike shop, and he is more than just a bicycle repairman to the folks on campus.

Lil Bill is a fixture of the USC community, to remove him through a noncompete contract through a real estate developer is outrageous. the greed is ridiculous.
