Keep Sarasota friendly! Keep Lido Beach accessible to the public!! Let's remember what made Sarasota a delightful destination for so many and stop limiting its delights to a select few.

Lido is the only beach in the area that represents the real Florida, natural and peaceful, we don’t want it overdeveloped and spoiled

This proposal unduly commercializes a family oriented public use. What is now provided as a public convenience will be transformed into an adult oriented drinking destination which will only grow more popular over time. What public purpose does that serve on public property?

This is a huge mistake. We live in Sarasota county, and we love the fact that Lido beach is acceptable to anyone regardless of their income level. Keep the laidback atmosphere! That's one reason we continue to visit Lido Key!

Public property should remain PUBLIC. Stop giving away Sarasota to the wealthy.

Please keep it public. Sarasota is getting out of control. That beach is Old Florida and it’s be ruined
