Don't ruin a perfectly good beach! If you want to party or go to a club go down the street. The lido beach pavilion is perfect the way it is. It's family friendly, has affordable conssesions, and a personal feel to it. You're trying to shove a big city party place into a small comfortable community and that's not right. If you want to party or go to a club go down the street and leave the rest of us alone.

If this is approved it will drastically increase issues with traffic and parking, in addition to reducing the access and availability to Sarasota families.

Keep local facilities for local people! The proposal is over the top and will bring in too much traffic and too many additional people resulting in an overcrowded locality.

The proposal is not in keeping with the nature of the area. Only simple upgrades to the existing pavilion are necessary. The current concession is excellent and serves the beach population more than adequately. Nobody asked for a bigger restaurant, bar, children’s playground, event lawn etc. This is not a destination location.

Privatization of the public pavilion and all that goes with it is extremely detrimental to the citizens of this county! Leave the public their own unspoiled, affordable beach. It's not the residents responsibility to create more money for developers!

Keep the public access to Lido Beach. Renovate existing Lifo Pavilion. Do not sell the land of Lido Beach or redesignate the use of land of Lifo Beach to any private developers

Please keep the charm of Lido Beach. There are other alternative beaches where there are large parking lots so it is not necessary or desirable to change Lido, update, but don’t change.
