City Commissioners for once do the right thing and stop the madness of this lease and giving away what should be an asset of the city.

Save the Lido Beach atmosphere for use as is to the public, The current proposed site plan changes is a non-starter.

Sad that the locals no longer can no longer enjoy our community!! The city is constantly catering to tourists and forgets the needs of the locals. Anything to make money. Lots of greed. We now have to pay for parking just to support local business. Spending less due to these increased fees. I want my Sarasota back!!!

Please keep the lido pavillion for the families and residents of Sarasota! Lido has plenty of Great restaruants already for the tourists and wealthy residents. Keep a small part of Lido for the public. There is not enough Lido beach parking - this only makes it worse. Thank-you.

We must save Lido Pavillion! It is a part of the history of Lido. We do not need a bar at the pubic beach. We need a beach pavilion where families can come to enjoy the beach. Please do not sell out to big investors. Do what is best for the island and the people of Sarasota.

The residents of Lido Key want to save the pavilion. Please listen to the residents, don’t give in to corporate interests and develope. Keep a local gem alive.

The Lido Beach Pavilion has been a staple of the beach and fits the atmosphere since I’ve been coming here (since I was burn, over 30 years). I would absolutely hate to see it removed. The proposed changes take this space in a direction I would strongly dislike to see the beach move in. I sincerely hope the pavilion will remain as is so my family can enjoy the same experience I’ve been so fortunate to enjoy throughout my life.

I didn’t even want Daquiri Deck in where the old Hemingway’s Restaurant was... cheapened the area for sure. Putting one out on the beach makes us look like a Spring Break party instead of Lido/St Armand’s.

Leave the pavilion alone. There is a Daiquiri Deck no more than a mile down the street.

I have lived in Sarasota since 1963. It would be a shame to tear down this icon.
