We are snowbirds to Sarasota. Lido is one of our regular stops throughout our stay. Don't ruin it!

Keep Lido Beach Pavilion for public use, affordable and family friendly. My husband and come down here from Winter Haven to enjjoy the food and beach.

As a taxpayer in the City if Sarasota I want to be able to enjoy my free beach and have easy parking
As it is inseason there is not enough parking. There are days we can not even get to the beach. Are rhey going to build a 200 spit parking garage,

Save the pavilion. Leave the pavilion to town folk not to the rich who already have more than they need !!!

Lifelong Sarasota resident, hate seeing so much of our history and charm being lost to a developers idra of "progress". Save the pavilion please.

This is such a beautiful area, totally unspoilt, which is why we choose to holiday here every year. The area does not need anymore restaurants!

I understand improvement of amenities...but putting in a high traffic restaurant or whatever, will now create more parking issues.... right now it is tranquil, you can almost always drive up and park, and enjoy the beach. There is almost nowhere for the residents of Sarasota to go that is quiet and enjoyable....if this goes through, it will be like Siesta Key - hard to park, full all the time. Don't allow this!

We have been coming to Lido for over 35 years from the UK and love the Pavillion, the pool and the laid back atmosphere and feel that the proposal would be a retrograde step for Lido and Sarasota.

I recommend this beach to every one of my friends and family. We enjoy the free parking and the Pavilion. I would hate not to be able to come back again.

Let's keep the pavilion family friendly and affordable. Most families would not be able to afford the resort lifestyle. Let's keep the concession stand as is but remodel bathrooms.
