Save Launceston Minor Injuries Unit

This unit is an asset to the community and life would be extremely difficult without it.

What about the older community in this growing town.

Some accountability is required here!

This is a VERY important local resource which I have made use of several times. As usual poor old Launceston is taking the brunt, anything east of Bodmin doesn't seem to count.

I definitely support this petition, it is an important service for the community and takes pressure off the ambulance and larger hospitals.

This is an essential unit for people living in and around Launceston. It should remain open throughout the year. Please reinstate this unit immediately.

As a Launceston resident who has twice in the past 10years had reason to visit the MIU, which provides an excellent service, I am appalled by this closure. In both cases to go to a unit elsewhere would have necessitated an ambulance call and seriously worsened the problems throwing extra costs on the NHS. If the NHS can't provide a community service then why should I pay tax for it.?

Complete madness! We Need this A&E! As busy farmers we have had to use this service on numerous occasions. Bring it back -PLEASE!

Literally used it last week for supplies for my wife who has dementia..invaluable and to close it a travesty!!

All minor injury clinics in small towns should remain open. Takes pressure off A&E ,allows prompt treatment without excessive travel.
