We need this unit, especially during school holiday! Other units are too far and public transport appalling

Completely gobsmacked this decision was made with no consultation. We have kids on holiday......our services are stretched as it is and then make it worse but putting pressure elsewhere...where the nearest Miu is 12 miles away

What a complete shambles closing Launceston miu down. Local people are not stupid, describing it as a temporary closure when we all know they are hoping people will forget and it will never reopen. Increase in taxes / council tax and then loss of services? Sort it out

We need this invaluable service for our ever expanding town. I’m grateful to have had excellent emergency treatment there a few times in the last 18 years I’ve lived in Launceston. As a community, we need to do all we can to keep the Minor Injuries Unit open.

Lived in Launceston all my life and cannot believe this for the amount of people living in Launceston and if people can’t drive how are they expected to get to Bodmin or Liskeard. Launceston was originally the capital of Cornwall. Now we have everything being taken away!

WE need our hospital. How can it be closed at such short notice, with no explanation?

With an ever expanding town we need our MIU more than ever. As many of the people in Launceston don't have access to transport or alike.

Closing Launceston Hospital MIU = health inequality for our patients
