Save Launceston Hospital and it's Minor Injury Unit

We desperately need to keep this hospital for the community it is a necessity not a luxury! I urge everyone to support this and sign the petition

Please please don't take this very much needed and valued hospital away. We have over an hours journey to a hospital. Let alone minor injuries or clinics it is a fantastic cottage hospital my grandmother was there the care she received was fantastic as we're the staff. Enough is enough rural areas in cornwall need hospitals like this they really are life savers.

This is a very important service to the county as Plymouth or Truro are such a long way to travel for local people.

Considering the ongoing increase in population and development in launceston and the surrounding area and the distance from the hospitals in Truro and Plymouth, the hospital in launceston is crucial to the health and well being of the local community.

Unfortunately I have to use this hospital frequently, my children are quite clumsy, often needing minor injuries. one regularly needs assistance with his asthma e.g use of a nebuliser. Having Launceston hospital saves a 40mile round teip, even an ambulance call out. Closing the hospital would have a huge impact on a town that already has massively overstretched medical facilities.

Crucial to the safety and care of the local community. Which is growing in number attracting younger families and retaining a large older community. The medical centre is under pressure and is undertaking a large extension to the building and services offered to loose Launceston hospital would drag all the progression backwards

this hospital is vital for the local community especially those with children and the elderly or anyone needing minor injuries as it's a long drive to the next nearest hospital and not everyone has access to a car

This is an amazing vital local service. We would have to go for over a hour to a larger hospital for potentially a minor injury or take up an appointment at an already streched doctor's surgery.

The small hospitals are very much needed, keeping families close when recuperating

Launceston Hospital has been a saving grace for myself when i had meningitis many years ago and onwards with all my 5 children and all their scrapes and growing hazards... It Is A Crime To Close Such a Well Needed Hospital

Please save, it is so essential for the area. Derriford is 45 mins away.

All community services are vital in Cornwall. Closing them will put more pressure on Acute hospitals and A&E!!!
