I have several grandsons and a granddaughter who loves to hunt. I think it is a shame what they are doing here.

I have friends and family & friends from Georgia that come there to hunt.It would be such a wast to stop such sn enjoyable place and the revenue it brings to Yazoo county.

It would be very dissappointing to have Lake George WMA shut down due to lack of funding when it is such a good area for wildlife and hunting opportunities. I would gladly pay $150 yearly or even substantially higher amount to hunt it and help keep out people that will just shoot anything and not manage it approriately for 3.5 year old bucks or better. Please consider other options that would reduce numbers but could also help raise money to maintain the property. I have enjoyed the two years that I have been hunting out there and it has a ton of potential for great deer.

USFW manages Panther Swamp and the regulations and access are much too restrictive for "true " public access. I hunt exclusively at Lake George WMA and have been for the past 5 years.

I would like to see public land kept open for the people to use. Even should they charge a usage fee it should not close down.
