you get healthier food from the chip van than some restaurants so no need for it to close go after the unhealthy Restaurants that are allowed to stay open

Why now.its been operating for the past 17 years or so .surely they have some rights to continue..its kept clean and tidy..there is other things that the council could use their energy on❗
