As long as the chipper has HSE clearance they're doing no harm. They should concentrate more on the amount of traders that congest Roscommon town Main Street or the traders that create an eyesore on Circular Road. Better still, the council should concentrate on the 1001 things that need doing but never seem to get done.

I have passed by many times over the years and seen this chip van . its doing no harm to no one . the council should go around the streets of Roscommon town , as its like the wild west with the state of the roads

Leave the chip alone. A person trying to make a living. Try up keeping of roads etc first

I wish the Council would just leave this woman to get on with making a living, please. Do something more useful with their time, among a thousand things I could think of, like maybe trying to help some of the thousands of young people that have to leave that county because there is no work. This makes me angry.

Unreal, this is just the sort person we need in Roscommon that has the courage to try something different and makes her own work, what reason are they giving, it is so disheartening to see their even thinking of this.

Find something better to do with your time than trying to close a business which is providing a good service and trying to make an honest living

Seriously, road safety telling people to stop for breaks and they want to shut this down. Pure logic at work..

Leave the girl alone. Trying to make a living, providing great food at very reasonable prices to locals. The rcc should try and deal with issues that need taking care of but then again they always seem to shy away from important issues.
