I would like Scott to keep providing his services at his current location. Scott is gentleman and is a great member of the community. I am signing the petition to allow Scott and his father to continue their business.

I'm not sure what legal process the Municipality is trying to invoke... it would be nice if the Residents of the Municipality actually get a vote on this, not just a few people somewhere in the "offices"

Scott has been working with the people in the town of Kincardine for years. He has scrapped more metal, hulled more garbage, and moved more furnature then anyone I know. He is hard working, kind, and a great community advocate. He has survived in a town that went through a recession and his business will still survive. He wasn't raised to be a man who is confrontational at all, this is a horrific waste of his time and the towns. The fact that Kincardine would rather put tax payer funds toward this is crazy! What about things like wheel chair transportation, or improving the hospital services to actually serve patients properly when care is needed! Instead of fighting against a man and his father. I grew up in Kincardine and it is frustrating to know that the neighbor who doesn't like you can drag you into a legal battle because you are successful. Stay strong Scotty sending support and love. I hope town council gives their heads a shake and smarten up.

I find it ludicrous that the town is pursuing this. Perhaps if the town employees would come to peoples houses and remove the metal you may have a chance of winning this one.

Scott does everyone a service with the scrap metal pick-up, in and around Kincardine. Very disappointed if you go ahead with this lawsuit, please us our money wisely and leave the hard working man alone.
