Save Kettering Town FC
Kettering Town FC face bankruptcy due to still not receiving any payment from the £237,600 owed by DRC LOCUMS - a £60m+ supplier of locum doctors to the NHS.
The amount includes shirt sponsorship rights enjoyed as far back as our televised FA Cup games against Leeds United in 2009.
As a result Kettering Town players and local businesses have not been paid and people are facing eviction from their homes.
The club itself faces a winding up petition from HMRC on 6th February 2012 and after 140yrs - the leading scorers in the history of the FA Cup, first club to display a shirt sponsor and first club in England to give their shirt sponsorship free to charities - faces liquidation.
Ironically DRC Locums Chairman James Caan gave the following business advice days ago, explaining how non-payment can destroy a company - http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/markets/article-24030189-ask-james-caan-business-tips-for-london-entrepreneurs.do
- but Kettering Town and their players, suppliers and supporters are still suffering.
PLEASE help us to save our club by signing the following petition urging DRC Locums to do the right thing and pay Kettering Town AND ASK YOUR FOOTBALL LOVING FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO ADD THEIR NAME. With your help we can survive.
Thank you
