Kesha Rose Sebert (March 1 1987) is a singer, songwriter and rapper based in Nashville, Tennessee. She is known for her two number one singles, "Tik Tok" and "We R Who We R". She also worked with a number of artists including Britney Spears.

At age 18 in 2005, Kesha Sebert was signed to producer Dr Luke's label Kemosabe Records. In September 2013, Rebecca Pimmel who is a fan of Kesha set up a petition to stop Kesha from working for Dr Luke's management. Why would she do that? Kesha is not free as a musician as part of her contract.

Kesha had no control of her second album "Warrior"
The Flaming Lips ft. Kesha collaboration album was cancelled in November 2013 (Kesha also talked about wanting to sell it for free)
Kesha was admitted to a rehab centre for bulimia nervosa after Lukas Gottwald told her that she looked like a refrigerator

Kesha sued Gottwald in October 2014 for:
- Sexual assault & battery
- Sexual harassment
- Gender violence
- Civil harassment
- Violation of California's unfair business laws
- Intentional infliction of emotional distress
- Negligent infliction of emotional distress
- Negligent retention & supervision

Gottwald responded by filing a countersuit alleging that Kesha's lawsuit was an attempt by Kesha, her mother and her other management firm to extort him into releasing her from the contract. What's wrong with releasing Kesha from Gottwald's rape dungeon?

On February 19 2016, it was on the news that Kesha sobbed heavily in court as she was told she must honour the madhouse contract and continue working with this Khazar savage.

But it is not too late - we can always try again. All I ask of you is to sign this petition now to help free Kesha from the musical terrorism of Dr Luke. No man should ever be forgiven for his eight sins.
