We. the undersigned, unequivocally want, Keith Cullen, reinstated as head coach of the Brother Rice BoysVarsity tennis team.Keith Cullen is not just a coach. His role goes much deeper. The Brother Rice acronym; respect, integrity, character and excellence characterize him as a coach. He respects his boys and they respect him. He is a strong believer in integrity and makes it clear that honesty and honorabove all else, areexpected. He is a builder of character and genuinely wants to see his boys thrive and be strong mentally, and he expects excellence through practice and hard work.Keithhonestly cares about each and every one of the boys and believes in them. He has built a cohesive team that is soundly united; a Christian brotherhood of sort.That being said it would be a travesty to lose him as a coach and would detrimentallydemoralize the team that is so fond of him.All 19 families are in agreement and want Keith back as coach. We do not want to lose one of the best coaches in Michigan and a man who sincerely onlywantsthe best for his boys.
