Didn't get to finish my comment..anyhow, it's imperative to keep the preschool open for Na keiki who live near or in Hale'iwa. As the will states KSBE is to benefit all hawaiian children, then schools should be opening and not closing. Fix the repairs and re open or find/build in another location.
