My cousin attends this school, and I have never seen her more excited about school. This is somewhere she can feel safe and she actually feels like she has a chance to graduate. Please don't take away this amazing opportunity for her and other amazing teenage mothers.

Schools that push teen moms to do the best they can are what keeps a child out of foster care and keeps them with their parents. Taking away this school would either add to the amount of people on welfare, or add to the amount of children up for adoption or in foster care. Support these mothers in their education so they can support their children to the fullest.

I'll be praying that this amazing school stays open. I was a teen mom and didn't have a school like this school that provides free childcare and education so sadly I didn't graduate high school until just recently at 37 years old. With this kind of opportunity for young mother's, it sets them up for success. Taking away this school will only keep young moms on welfare and needing handouts. It would be a HUGE mistake to close it's doors.

This school is a really great school for young pregnant/non-pregnant girls who are thriving to get their education. Great teachers and staff and my girlfriend graduated early!!!

I think shutting down kairos school for teen mothers is an awful idea. I was a teen .on whindidnt graduate high school because I wasn't offered anything like that. Maybe if that was offered to more young women they could succeed in life. I think you should reconsider and look at all the lives that will be effected if the school is shut down.

Our girls need this school, my own daughter has come along ways with her education, if you take this away from them it's unfair to them and Thier children.

I personally haven't gone here, but this seems like a blessing for all young teen moms. Closing it down is going to make the graduation rate drop, and make teen moms even more stressed.

Keep the school open because teen moms deserve a 2nd chance at getting a diploma. I had my son in high school and graduated and it was the best feeling and im so grateful i went back to school. Having schools for teen moms helps the mothers get an education so they can support their children

I attended Kairos Academy the first year that it opened my 12 grade year. For me personally it was a life saver. I entered 5 months pregnant and with my 18 month old I remember being so scared that summer trying to come up with a plan for school when I heard about Kairos it meant I could finish highschool. I am not the only person this school has helped please don't shut it down! We need help, we need to know things will be ok while going through motherhood as a teenager. Kairos is our safe zone a place we know we can be helped!
