In this time of pandemic we need jumpin.chat to help us deal with our anxiety and stress brought by these local lockdowns and staying at home always. Jumpin.chat paved way for us to socialize with other people. :)

Maybe leave an open source for others to progress w/ what you've already established? I understand having to step down for mental reasons, especially having to do with family; however, you've got HUNDREDS of people who are more than qualified to help ease your load to the point you wouldn't have to do much at all. I'm sure many would even do it probono requiring no payment, just the satisfaction of still having their safe place. I only ask you consider the option, and not just let this die. On another note, thanks for being there when we all needed a place to turn to. IF this is goodbye, I still appreciate your project. It was a great success.

I'd pay more to support the site, I don't mind paying support to a site that i constantly use. I enjoy jumpin and think it's a better platform than tinychat and other similar platforms and will be very sad to see it disappear. Please don't shut it down.

This site means a lot, to a lot of users who otherwise have few social connections or outlets during global lockdowns and pandemic, we are the people who understand MOST about life pressures, mental health pressures ETC... but since the USERBASE clearly uses and cares about the site more than the current owner, the FAIR THING for ALL OF OUR COMMUNITIES is to pass the website along to suitable caretakers!!!! WHAT DIFFERENCE IS IT TO VIVALDI IF THE SITE CONTINUES OR NOT? AS LONG AS HE EXITS?!?!?! THAT'S ALL HE WANTS IS TO BE DONE WITH IT. WE DON'T WANT TO BE DONE WITH IT. I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN THIS WEBSITE HELP SUICIDAL PEOPLE. Just because YOU'RE done, don't close it up for everyone else!

I can see some good friends signatures on here that I have know for years, I agree with this petition. But am afraid it may be too late so everyone must get here while it matters!!!
