I've been keeping up with Joseph's case for 4 years now... It's also been a year that I, monthly, check the Texas' Death Row list, and since I've seen that Joseph was scheduled for this year, I couldn't stop thinking about him and his family. I wish I could talk to him. Sending to his family a lot of positive thoughts and strength, because if it's been difficult for me, I can only imagine how harsh it's been for his wife, nephews, etc.

We as humans, have no right to send anyone to their death. God has given us free WILL and the ability to FORGIVE as HE has Forgiven us. Keeping Joseph in my prayers.

Executing this man under these circumstances is unconscionable. There are other moral, humane ways for justice to be served.

I understand felon murder/law of parties, but for this man to be executed for events he did not participate in or have any control of, seems very unjust. On the whole, his crimes should not warrant execution. Although I am not opposed to capital punishment in general, it is barbaric and morally questionable to execute this man under these circumstances. I have never before petitioned or advocated for anyone on death row; in this case however, it seems a clear overreaction and unnecessary as Joseph Garcia is no threat.
Texas, please save this man. Please!
