This is a beautiful woodland area that should be preserved. This area is what makes the Poconos so great. Drive 5 minutes down the road either direction for a Dollar General. We don't need one here!

There are enough dollar stores in the vicinity. At least one dollar store has caused several accidents because of the new traffic pattern.

Its very sad that you are considering the proposal & approval of this construction while trying to keep it discreet from property owners. We already have multiple locations in any direction. If this land MUST be developed, how about we consider a full sized Grocery store so we dont have to continue to travel 30+ minutes away to shop. Please help keep this area rural & STOP URBANIZATION!

This area does not need another Dollar General. That location is nestled in a residential area which features the natural wooded beauty and views of Jonas Mountain Don't destroy it!

Killing smaller businesses. We already have one within a few miles of the proposed store and a brand-new convenience store right at that location.

I strongly believe we have enough dollar stores in and near our area their are 6 within 15 minutes of mt pocahontas. This will bring unnecessary traffic to our area we move up here to have peace and quiet it will also drive people away when it comes to buying in Mount Pocahontas. Also it will be a dangerous location for traffic all and all it is a horrible idea leave the land alone please think of the people who live here, and the safety of everyone. We already have the minimart right there.
