An additional concern, the Green spaces are been filled with trolley pushers and rubble. City Park don't do much to assist in keeping clean. Abandoned houses are been taken over by vagrants and inviting other crimes into the area.

I will continue to refer to the JCCC as the 'Johannesbutg Crooked City Council' at every opportunity there is maladministration and tardiness to take corrective action.
