Our service delivery has deteriorated. With effect that all services have increased exponentially yet, service has gone down the drain. How is this possible, this also not excluding staff being unfriendly when queries are raised treating us as customers like we are bad dogs

We pay more for having less. It is day 12 of low to no water pressure in Westdene. This has been going on since at least 2016. I have sent mails to the Human Rights Commission and Solidarity. I'm awaiting there responses.

Pathetic service delivery in Ward 54 and Ward 58.
Fordsburg, Amalgam and Ormonde. Raw sewarage leak for months still not fixed, potholes everywhere, regular water leaks and power failures, dumping of rubbish on street corners, rats and vermin, crime, smash & grabs, business burglaries, vagrants, beggars. Nothing is being done.

Gatefold of non existing service delivery you have to pay 3rd party people to look into huge bills which the problem was municipality water leaks on the outside property with the meter leaks this was for over 2 years then being threatened if you don't pay upfront or services will be cut. Not to mention when we were without electricity for almost 2 weeks lost all food because they couldn't fix the pole by replacing with new rewiring.
