Worst service delivery ever and I pay my utility bill in full every month. Most South Africans have the luxury of essential services and don't pay 1 cent for it.

Water outages are outrageous. Build a bigger reservoir for Hursthill 2 residents. Plan according to future demographics. Let ok at the stats!
