A wonderful, sensitively restored property in a delightful setting can only be preserved with substantial ongoing investment. The Inn is not only a beautiful landmark offering upscale hospitality it also brings essential tourist revenue to the whole community. Let them be.

This small group of locals should not claim to speak for everyone else. They should feel blessed to be fortunate enough to live anywhere near this beautiful property which I'm sure has raised their property values.

the Inn is a tastefully run establishment, by fine people, and should be considered an asset to the community, not a liability. Do,the right thing!

These conscientious owners are keeping the local community alive with the money they bring in. Iy's incredibly myopic to threaten a cornerstone of the local economy like this. Please do the right thing for all the people that visit here, the people that work here and the trickle down effect it brings to the local area

To the Zoning Board of Appeals,
Please do not give such limited restrictions on tenting for the Jedediah Hawkins Inn. They are a wonderful place for my wife and I to visit and they need the extra revenue. We travel to their restaurant for lunch, brunch and dinners from Hampton Bays. We also go into town and bring business to Riverhead on the times we visit.
They are such a wonderful representative of the area and we all want to keep them strong and allow them to flourish.
All my respect.
Best,
Dan

This is a business that brings up scale class to the neighborhood. Locals would be foolish to not see the vital role this business plays in their community. Not to mention their food is the best on the island.

So what would those who are complaining rather see happening? That Jedediah should close? Will Jamesport be still an attractive place? How about giving Jedediah more latitude to make Jamesport an even more attractive destination? Jamesport could have its own Love Lane with Jedediah as an anchor.
