JH Inn is one of my favorite neighborhood places! I am a full-time resident who lives around the corner and have never been disturbed by any type of event. We need to support our neighbors - especially the good ones!

Jedediah Hawkins Inn is a wonderful place with great atmosphere, staff, and history to share in the wine country of Long Island. I petition they be allowed to continue and expand their open air events on lawn with tents and chairs. Why the restrictions?

The Jedediah Hawkins Inn has drawn me and my family to the North Fork for the past 4 summers. We spent time at the Inn for its relaxing and serene atmosphere. We have never experienced anything but a peaceful experience. Not to mention, other business owners on the north fork benefiting from our patronage while spending time out there such as the vineyards, restaurants and other small business owners. Seems like the community should be thanking the J H Inn for bringing business to the North Fork!!!!

Please allow Jedediah Hawkins to maintain a fair number of acceptable outside tented events per month. We strongly want nothing to jeopardize Jedadiah Hawkins's excellence as a super fine inn and restaurant in South Jamesport.

The propery is so large I don't think at 125 people there would a disturbance of any kind. It is an asset to the community and brings business and much needed revenue to the town.

Jedediah's holds a very special place in my heart. It is more than just a building.. it is a piece of history. It would be a sin not to let them do what is necessary to be successful. They are, and always have been a good neighbor, and a wonderful asset to the community. It seems like it has been an uphill battle for as long as they have been open.. they deserve a break, they have earned it!
