Let this lady keep her dog.. You wouldn't tell someone to get rid of a child to keep a house.... Pets are companions and family members!

I think this is a disgrace.this dog has more walks than a lot.of.humans and they cant do that to her dog is fed and loved and think they need to sort more priorty stuff out then a dog.who is well looked after and loved

I think it is disgusting the way plus Dane are making me get rid of my dog. Yes I know I have broken my tenancy agreement but I am only asking them to let me keep him until I can be rehoused because I really want out of this place and I am trying my hardest to do so.

Yes, there is a breach of agreement, but this case needs to be dealt with sensitively. If Plus Dane is unable to offer suitable alternative accomodation, then adapting their present agreement may offer Julie choice to meet her needs. Personalisation and human rights are at the forfront of legislation under Care Act and Plus Dane must be flexible in order to meet Julie's needs.

this lady does no harm to any one and her little dog jasper is her lifeline as she would nt get out of bed if it was nt for him the sheltered housing julie is in has tenant's that have dogs but because julie is disabled they are telling her to rehome him were is the heart in that he is all she lives for have a heart plus dane

Its awful should be allowed one pet especially for a disabled person its therapeutic
