The problem with Jan is she probably didn't charge enough to keep the vets in surrounding suburbs happy. They didn't like the price comparisons.
Jan is one of the most ethical and caring vets ever invented. Unfortunately she has been surrounded by some whose bank balances mean more than their patients

I could not think of a worse person for this to happen to. Everyone loves Jan for the quality service she provides and never turns away an animal or a family in need. She is a wonderful person and an even more wonderful vet. I always refer my clients at the salon to Jan and I've never heard a bad review.

I think it's unfair that this has happened when multiple complaints are also been raised against other vets and this hasn't happened to them. I find it unjust when nothing has been raised about all the positive and successful treatment Jan has provided to her patients. I think there is much more behind her being driven out of practicing.

Jan and her staff have always afforded my animals the best possible care. Jan is amazing. Unlike other vets in north canberra we've never had a single problem with Jan.
