If this formula is nutritious enough to keep children alive, it is nutritious enough to be produced in the US and the value of one life is way more than any production costs.

It's upsetting that this is even something that needs a petition! Neocate literally holds Jamus's and several other children's lives in their hands! Restarting the production of the Old neocate formula is the right (and necessary) thing to do. It must be done.
