As a stretford end season ticket holder for the past 5 yrs I don't understand why Utd feel the need to do this. Respect the fans and find out what THEY really want. I for one will not be relocating nor did I when the option was there.

What ever happened to the idea of putting away fans in north stand tier 3? Stick them up there and give the singing section the L stand

I'm not for or against the singing section. But to simply just kick fans out of their seats they may have had for years is wrong.

No need to kick people out their seats. Poor show. Singing section could go somewhere else .

What a way to make us even more of a laughing stock...Should NEVER happen, doesn't improve atmosphere creates more segregation as it creates a mentality of an away group of fans

I am all in favour of looking for ways to improve the atmosphere at Old Trafford. I am completely against fans groups stepping up thinking they are the voice for the majority of fans, when it is clear they are not. I feel hidden agendas and personal gratification is at play here! The feeling i get is that this move for a singing section is opposed to on a major scale and has caused serious unrest and concern. There are 2 main issues that concern me, although i have a number if others: No1. This move has an impact long serving fans in the sections that have been chosen by the group and club, and little care is given to that! I think this is disgraceful - initials on your sweatshirt and knack for writing a song does not give any fan more rights of the next paying fan! No2. Has proven by fans present and regardless of what the group claim this move impacted the real and historical singing section of Old Trafford 'the Stretford End' during the trials. I fear that this move is further pushing away from the days if old in the Stretford End rather than towards reinstating its intimidating stature of a stand. No Group has the right to affect our historical Stretford End! The team make the history for us to be eternally grateful. We do our bit by supporting them on that path. I could go on... Treat our Club with care and responsibility and do not assume you represent the view of the majority!!
