Iris has been nothing but kind to all of the residents on the floor. She is someone who is always there to help and answer any questions you have. Just an overall wonderful RA.

Iris is and has been the best definition of what an RA should be and do. To see that this is happening to a member of our family, DAY 8, is crazy. No one on our floor was asked about her character. I hope that this is resolved. Iris has personally helped me through so many things in such a short amount of time and to see her treated with such disrespect is beyond me. She has been like a mom to me, helping me when I was upset or just missing home. FIX THIS NOW.

After being lucky enough to live next to Iris, I think it is important that I explain just how amazing of an RA she is. It has been so comforting to know that I have someone so welcoming, resourceful and caring a couple feet away from me. Her excitement and care regarding her position is shown when she constantly offers to help residents with things like homework, social problems, and any questions along the way. I look up to Iris, I admire her hard work and leadership. She is an amazing role model and Syracuse made the right decision choosing her as an RA. I believe that the decision to remove her as from her posistion should be re-evaluated.

Iris is not only serious about her ra works but also a friend of everyone on 8floor. She patiently answered our concerns and gave us useful advises for our university life. It is not fair to treat her like that!

Iris is not only an amazing, respected RA, but she is also a friend to everyone on our floor. I will never forget the night I came home crying after a party. Distressed and alone, iris reached out to me. Iris came into my room and comforted me. A night of crying turned into an unforgettable moment that I will cherish all four years here. And she didn’t stop there. The next day, I came home from a long day of classes with a box of cookies with a note from iris on my bed. She also would slip notes under my door saying “we are all here for you, hang in there.” These past few weeks have been very tough for me and iris has consistently been there. She’s calmed me down in the midsts of my lowest moments here. Losing iris would not only mean losing a great RA who strives above and beyond, but we would also lose an amazing friend, mentor, and role model. Please reconsider your decisions because it already effects so many people and lives.

Iris has made my transition into Syracuse University so smooth. I was incredibly worried about leaving home and she was incredibly helpful. If she isn’t here anymore, I really will not be happy with the university as she is a good employee who has been nothing but positive to this floor and this hall.

Iris was the best RA from day one. She did her job the right way. She informed us of the many things to do on campus. Iris kept us under control and brought our whole floor together. Without Iris, many people on our floor would lonely. Iris planned events so that we could feel welcomed. She could not have been a better RA for our entire floor. I have only known her for a few weeks, and I already consider her a friend. By no means was Iris aggressive towards anyone on our floor ever. She was great at letting us have fun together as a floor, but also kept us under control. Please let Iris be our RA for the remainder of the year. If not I truly believe our floor will lose the great atmosphere that is has had so far. Rethinking this decision is the least you could do.
