I have been with the Practice for nearly 20 years. They provide an exceptional service and the community will be a lot poorer without it. Please reconsider.

This is my practice and has been my whole life and that of my family's. Once it closes I cannot see how 4,000 patients can possibly be absorbed into other local practices which are already bursting at the seams. I understand that the GPs have perfectly valid reasons for needing to give up but surely there must be some way to put in other GPs in their place?

My husband and I with our boys have been at this surgery for a very long time .This is a friendly ,caring surgery and all the staff take good care of there patients .

This is a complete travesty that this surgery should close the affect it will have on us as patients, the medical staff and amazing staff is not acceptable. To build trust and have relationships that go over and beyond your medical needs is an exception to the rule - this is what Inverleith Medical practice means to me and so many others. Why should I be forced to go to a medical practice I for one don't want to go, we have not been given a choice and I will appeal as with on-going health issues this causes unnecessary stress for me. The NHS is already overwhelmed and stretched beyond belief so why are 4000 patients put into this situation. It needs to be resolved and kept its a community and the best Doctors surgery all round I have ever been part of in my 62 years.

This is the best doctors surgery i have ever been registered to, great doctors, nurses and also the best receptionists so friendly and like a wee chat when not busy , i would miss them all greatly ,please try and keep the surgery open

I would be devastated to lose my GP Dr Max Inwood and for this practice to close would cost me dearly as it is only across the road from my flat. Please don't close!!!

Have been with this practice since a young child and my family has been with this practice all their lives vets also. I cannot believe that more than 4000 patients can be relocated to other practices within the vicinity, this will result in a move to another practice requiring a car it bus journey and a walk after that. This cannot be good for anyone wether elderly or have young children which I would cover a large number of the patients currently try at this practice. NHS needs to see sense and keep this practice open. I have paid national insurance contributions and tax all my working life and should be able to attend a doctor when I need to without undue travelling being required.
