anyone considering this planning permission should consider the impact building on the stated garden on the Mental Health of LeedsMind Inkwell service users and Volunteers. the council & NHS funding has been squeezed so much of late that the majority of Mental Health Services have ceased because of withdrawal of funding. If Inkwell loses its garden space, Leeds Mind & other external service users will lose access to invaluable support. also this will have impact on Inkwell's ability to generate funding for itself, and it is afterall a Leeds Mind Charity organisation, and at the same time a Social Enterprise. With the building of flats on the proposed site we may see the end of Inkwell, one of the few surviving Mental Health services in the whole of Leeds.

I have been going to the TCV Inkwell gardening project for 2 years. This is an essential project for the local community and those with mental health or physical problems, those looking for work experience, and those of us who appreciate working outdoors and meeting new people.

I disagree with such a meaningful and helpful place to so many people being destroyed. It's important to keep areas like this open for all to use.

Do not close the Inkwell project, it is an invaluable resource for people who experience mental ill health, to have the opportunity to be involved in socially inclusive activities to benefit their mental & physical health.
