I STRONGLY believe in the NEED to keep the Queensboro Bridge tennis courts available to so many families that depend on them, both as player and employees. Why undo something that works so well and benefits so many NYC residents?

please please keep Tennis In Manhattan open at the Sutton East location.
Our daughter has been taking tennis lessons there for a few years (in addition to other family members)
and would like to continue.
We love all the staff and location very very much.
Thank you for your consideration.

Please do not close the Sutton East Tennis Club. My daughters learned to play tennis on these courts and now I enjoy playing on these courts. It is a wonderful to have these indoor courts on the upper east side of nyc!!

There are far too many tennis facilities that have closed in New York City as it is. This is one of only four places in the WORLD lucky enough to hold a grand slam tournament, the most historically important and frankly, inspiring events in tennis.
Unfortunately, the men and women who love the sport enough to support the economic powerhouse that is the US Open have precious few places to actually play the sport.
Lastly, keep in mind that this is essentially the only sport that at a professional level provides equal opportunity to men and women.
SAVE SUTTON EAST!

Tennis is a great international sport for all ages 5 to 85. For many excellent reasons -- health, diversity, jobs, American tennis -- the courts under the Queensboro Bridge must survive and prosper! I'm from Greenwich and this courts are important to me, too!

Don't get rid of this location. It is hard enough already to find tennis courts that are taken care of.

My daughter and nephew both learned to play tennis here. There are no other affordable facilities like it where kids can learn a great skill, exercise and socialize. Please do NOT do away with them.
Thank you.

Over the past 20 years we have lost over 4 tennis facilities in Manhattan aggregating 22 tennis courts (12 indoors). What benefit is there to living in a city with declining athletic facilities? How many shopping malls, commercial, retail or luxury apartment complexes do we need at the expense of usable recreation space. Enough!

Our family with 3 kids love to play at Sutton Tennis. We need those tennis courts to play during all seasons of the year. Why do you want to destroy this nice tennis courts when so many people are enjoy playing tennis in our neighborhood? The programs are great for kids and adults. We would like to save those tennis courts. SB
