There aren’t enough tennis courts now. This is fabulous recreation for all ages. This is a safe and healthy sport/place

We are a Manhattan family who plays Tennis here and it is imperative for our health to continue at Sutton East Tennis Club. DO NOT take it away!

These courts are a welcome addition to the UES where children and adults can take lessons and play. The field that used to be there was filled with homeless people and was unsafe. SAVE THESE COURTS!!

This is a great resource for the public and if these courts were removed then there will be no alternative for the majority of people who cannot afford to play at private clubs. This is the highest use of an otherwise undesirable space under a noisy and dirty bridge.

In an era of cell phone addiction and opioid abuse, there is no better substitute than sports and learning how to play! Since NYC can be a sports desert, I urge you to preserve this invaluable asset. Thanks!
