Save indoor tennis in Manhattan now before it is too late!!!

This court is vital for my daughter to learn tennis in a location near ps 267. Please maintain these courts.

We pay high taxes and this is one of the services we truly enjoy having these clay courts in midtown Manhattan during the summer. To take them away means you should lower our taxes at minimum. We live in New York City for many reasons including the fantastic clay court tennis available at Sutton east. Don’t you dare take this away from us.

Please do not close this incredible establishment!!!!

Please preserve the Sutton East tennis courts under EdKoch bridge - there are so few places to play in Manhattan. This is not only for the rich but for us in the middle class. The NY Parks pass collaboration has been good and so are the group sessions they organize that keep prices somehow affordable for working people who love tennis - especially in the winter when there are no real other opportunities in Manhattan.

This is a great place for kids just learning or for adults looking to brush up on skills...

Please keep Sutton East Tennis Open - an essential athletic New York resource. Have been a patron for 45 years. Thanks

My sons would have never had the opportunity to learn to play tennis without this tennis court. The court has donated time to help neighborhood kids learn at an affordable cost. Please keep the bubble!

this is a precious commodity in NYC and with so few courts available it would be a shame to take it away from the citizens

We need this facility! Tennis courts are extremely limited in NYC and our children will have no place to learn year round without this. Please reconsider.

This is the only indoor tennis left in Manhattan!

community athletics and public parks and tennis courts in particular add immeasurably to humanizing the City life and community spirit. We need to foster bringing our residents together in activities that encourage games and fun.

It’s a great for the neighborhood and there aren’t a lot of alternatives to Roosevelt Island, which is often over-booked. There’s room for both and there SHOULD be both.

My oldest grandchild uses this center and has loved getting to play tennis.

do not close these courts. i love playing on them in the summer!! they are amazing and beautiful and they are kept cheap so we can play!!

more and more the "healthy" activities in NYC are being squashed; but the bars and clubs etc. continue to prosper
