Sutton East is one of the most important tennis resources in NYC. It means a lot to the community and me, and closing it would be a huge loss for the neighborhood.

I have played many rounds of tennis here. No reason to close this place, it's a great spot and one of the few larger tennis centers we have.

Tennis is a beautiful sport and can be enjoyed by all ages. New York makes it hard enough to enjoy all the things we love and tennis is one of them. These courts are a wonderful asset and can not be removed.

We need this facility to make sure people can play tennis during the winter/fall months.

Great enjoyment at a fun no frills facility would be lost, seems like there are more important items to focus on then removing places of health and activity.

Why on earth would you close an exercise facility that helps keep New Yorkers healthy?

Please preserve the indoor tennis courts beneath the Queensboro Bridge.

It is so hard to play tennis in the winter in New York and this is one haven for New Yorkers, adult and children alike. This is a community open to all and a great place to share with people, the joy of tennis.

Tennis is an important part of the sporting history of NYC. The US Open is reflective of that - we NEED to make tennis as available as possible to the people of this city!

The 59th Street tennis bubble is a valuable resource to countless people who are able to exercise and enjoy playing tennis. There are also so many children who are able to take up the game at an early age. It would be a huge mistake to eliminate this valuable resource.

Don't take away a NYC treasure. What will be left but high rises and nail salins

Please keep the Sutton East tennis facility intact. Thousands of people love using it, whether they're young or old. Tennis is important to many of us living in NYC, and this is one of only a few places left to play.

The community needs and uses daily the tennis courts that have been available for decades. From kids to seniors, our health and abilities are improved when the Tennis bubble is up! I strongly urge the Parks Dept to continue the indoor tennis courts underneath the Queensboro Bridge.
