I’ve lived in Hico throughout y childhood and have family members including Joan Throneberry and Tianna Ruiz who use that laundry mat. This town is beautiful through its history and new development. Build soon what we already have and make it better! Don’t let this part of Hico’s history disappear! It’s worth saving.

Need to save history, because this younger generation is quickly destroying it. They have no regard for history. Money, Money, Money is all they think about!

Please consider saving this historical building as we continue the fight to preserve our nation’s rich history. Without our physical history to share with our children the sights of the hard work their ancestors built before them, for their futures, may be forgotten.

Small town historical downtown areas should be preserved, don’t wipe a town’s history away because it’s cheaper than building your megachurch somewhere new.
